2. Cancellation

The Customer can cancel the subscription at any time by asking not to renew before the renewal date.

The service runs until the end of the paid period, and the next period is not charged.

3. Refunds

No refund is owed for fees paid for a period that has started.

The Customer can ask for a partial refund. We review each request and decide on it at our own discretion, with no obligation to accept it.
